So if you don’t have good systems in place, your goals are never going to stick. This is where this coaching program is going to help you. I will guide you through a series of micro-habits that will lay down the foundation for healthy living, one brick at a time. We’ll create small, consistent habits through challenges that over time will grow into robust systems.

Each challenge is a 2-week long, tiny hack for you to try. If you work on all of the challenges and implement as many as you can, you will realize that without much thought, you have built the systems that will weather any storm or health hurdle that life throws your way. You’ll discover that tiny tweaks can truly transform your well-being, one bite at a time.
GO AS DEEP AS YOU WANT
The Micro-Habits Challenge coaching system works on a 3-tier system, where you get as involved and dive as deep as you need to, on a per-challenge basis. The 3 tiers are the “Solo” tier, the “Accountability” tier, and the “Hold-my-Hand” tier. Each tier was designed to fit your unique journey and budget. Acknowledge your own needs, and choose the level of support that feels right for you at this moment. For example, take small steps and start with the Solo tier for a taste of healthy habits. If you feel like you need a buddy or two to hold you accountable, then join the Accountability Tier for support. If you are craving personalized guidance then dive into the Hold-my-Hand tier to fine-tune your micro-habits for long-term success.
Solo Tier
This coaching is for those who only want to participate in the health challenge. The course materials of the 2-week challenge will be sent to the participants’ inboxes in PDF format for them to do on their own. Along with the PDFs, there will be one group Zoom coaching call at the beginning of the challenge where we will discuss how to do the challenge and explain the course materials. After the Zoom call, the participant is free to start the challenge at their own pace. There will be no follow-up calls or emails.
Accountability Tier
This coaching is for those who want to participate in the challenge but need more incentives. The participants will get all the course materials included in the Solo Tier for the 2-week challenge, and access to a social media group. Here, they will receive weekly reminders, and incentives to follow through with the challenge. The participants are also free to engage with other group members and ask questions within the group chat. For those in this group, there will be 3 Zoom calls and 3 follow-up emails: at the beginning of the course, after the 1st week, and at the end of the challenge.
Hold-my-Hand Tier
This coaching will offer the same as the Accountability Tier group but also include one personal call per week for a more personalized experience and direct access to the coach for anytime questions (within waking hours…lol). So I basically hold your hand throughout the challenge.
