Sea Salt Water 21-day Challenge

Join me for 21 days in this challenge where you will learn:

  • The benefits of drinking warm salt water first thing in the morning.
  • What salt does to our bodies
  • How to use it properly on a daily basis in your cooking.

Is this for you?

This is NOT for you if you:

  • Have high blood pressure
  • Have been told you have high sodium levels
  • Are experiencing a kidney condition
  • Usually experience diarrhea or lose stools on a daily basis
  • Eat mainly a diet of highly processed food, or often eat pre-packaged/pre-cooked meals or eat out very often.

After you register, you will receive more details on the challenge through e-mail. We will meet once a week on zoom (optional) and talk about salt, water and how your body feels.
