To Colombia!!
This month in our “Around the World Plant-Based” class we will visit my home country of Colombia in South America. Surprisingly to many people, Colombian food is not at all spicy. In fact, the country’s cuisine is quite homey and easy on the palate. For this class, we will cook a delicate, hearty stew typical of the Andean capital of Bogota. It is perfect for the winter months. We will also make some delicious mind-blowing side dishes that you can find in other regions of the country but sadly not in Japan. So this is your chance to savor the wonderful Colombian food.

- Agua de Panela con Limon (warm cane sugar infusion)
