North Indian Vegan

June Cooking Class

Indian cuisine is one of the most diverse and interesting cuisines in the world. There is a wide assortment of dishes and cooking techniques that differ from region to region and reflect the varied ethnicities and demographics of the country.
Unfortunately, most of us have only experienced a few of the popular curries with nan or rice.

For the last cooking class of the season, we bring you another collaboration, this time with Saru & Parul from Imagine India.
They have come up with a fantastic menu full of north Indian cuisine favorites. We will learn how to make the vegan version of palak paneer with tofu, chappati, masala papad and shikanji!
A party of flavors for your taste buds!!
