South Indian Vegan

October Cooking Class

In India it is believed that food is medicine and south Indian cuisine is one of the oldest cuisines in the world which uses therapeutic ingredients in everyday cooking. With its staple being rice, it is consumed in different forms such as dosa, puttu, appam, idli and often a meal is incomplete without them.

Our instructor, Divya, from SoulSome Cooking says: “Don’t fret the carbs! A meal in south Indian cuisine is carefully prepared, well balanced, nutritious and nourishing to the soul.”
Join our South Indian cooking class to learn how to cook some fantastic dishes.
