Making your own tofu is not as hard as it seems.
Learn how to make Momen Tofu (cotton tofu) and then how to use the tofu you made (or any store bought tofu) to make delicious Thai food.

We will be making Gapao Rice, Tom Yum Soup, Marinated Tofu, and Tapioca Coconut Dessert. All of the dishes will be VEGAN of course.
Note, this will be a hands-on class, so bring your apron and if you wish so, your own kitchen knife too!
