Japanese Condiments

Are you new to Japan? New to Japanese cooking? Or perhaps you just haven’t had the courage to buy/use Japanese condiments?
Come to our workshop and learn about all different kinds of Japanese condiments such as: soy sauce, ponzu, mirin, men tsuyu, chunou sauce, etc. We will also look at wasabi, shichimi, and much more!! We will talk about the healthiest ones, how to use them or cook with them and taste some of them.
Rest assured that all of the ingredients we introduce will be VEGAN, and won’t have any fish flavors in them (unlike some of the things you find in the supermarket)!!!

The best part of the workshop is that you will get to make your own Furikake spice mix. We will have a wide variety of ingredients for you to choose from, all super healthy and super yummy!!
