What on earth is Tofu anyway? Is it really that good for you? Isn’t soy bad for you?
If you are new to Tofu, this is the class for you!!! No more wondering about what it is and how to cook it! In our class, you will learn about what tofu is, and we will quickly touch on the myths and truths surrounding its health benefits.
We will show you the most readily available types of tofu in Japan and how they differ from the varieties found abroad. We will look at the characteristics of each variety, how you need to prep them before cooking to get the ultimate results and what recipes work best with each variety.
All in all, 5 types of tofu, 10 recipes and tons of tips!
The lesson is a demonstration-type of workshop.
